This directory routes public visitors to the correct UKOY public function. Use it when you need an office, a service route, a records route, or a government contact path.
Immediate public service routes
- Public services desk: use Government Services for citizenship, commerce, education, administration, and contact routing.
- Citizenship intake: use Become a Citizen for a structured citizenship inquiry.
- General inquiry: use Contact when a specific office form is not yet published.
Institutional routes
- Royal House: royal.ukoy.net for Royal House information and Royal institutional routes.
- Government administration: gov.ukoy.net for the developing government administration surface.
- UKOY gateway: ukoy.net for public routing and world-facing institutional access.
Operating houses and functions
- Commerce and entities: route trade, business, entity, or economic questions through House of Commerce.
- Education and learning: route education, academy, and university-development questions through House of Education.
- Government houses: route general government structure questions through Bah’teem of Government.
- Law and judgement: route legal-structure questions through Bai’yith of Law and Bai’yith of Judgement.
Records and unresolved routing
If a public register, notice, record request, appointment record, or office-specific form is not yet visible, submit the request through Contact and name the office or function you are trying to reach. The request can then be routed to the responsible office while the formal registry surfaces are being completed.
